A client’s biggest fear is a month of silence after the deposit. We rebuilt the process so that by day seven we can show a clickable prototype: the real structure, draft content and the key screens.
What changed
- Brief and structure in the first 2 days, in parallel with collecting references.
- The prototype is built directly in code, not in static mockups.
- We ship revisions in iterations every 3–4 days — no “big surprise” at the end.
The result: fewer rewrites, more honest deadlines and a client who sees progress every week. It looks like “a prototype in 7 days” is going to be our standard for a long while.
